RentCafe is your tenant account in our accounting software. You can see your account status at anytime in RentCafe. Your registration link will be emailed the next business day as it has to be manually created in office.

ACH is automatic payments, initiated by CP Business Management, for your monthly rent. You will enter your bank account information and we will automatically deduct your rent payment on the 3rd of each month. This service is free to tenants, no service fee or charges.
